There are three options a business can choose from when working with Dawson Documents.
Hourly
Most work completed by Dawson Documents is charged by the hour. This is a great option for businesses that don’t have consistent work to be completed. You can utilise Dawson Documents’ services on an as need basis.
Work is completed in 15 minute increments, minimum of one hour charge. This is also a great option if trialling a Virtual Assistant to be assured they are the right option for you. Hourly rates start as low as $35.00 per hour up to $50.00 per hour. The hourly rate will depend on what work and tasks you need completed.
Retainer Packages
If your business has administration or design work that needs to be completed on a regular basis throughout the month, then a retainer package is for you.
This guarantees that your business will have the amount of time booked, set aside each month, to solely concentrate on your business and its Administration and Design tasks.
Retainer packages start at 10 hours per month, anywhere up to 40 hours a month.
The Job
Depending on the job you require, it may be charged by just that, the job required. Design of Flyers, Business Cards and even Facebook work is charged by the job.

Terms and Conditions
- Payment for Hourly option is due strictly 7 days after Invoice has been issued.
- Payment for Retainer Package option will be due either on the 1st or 15th of each month.
- Payments can be direct deposited into an allocated Bank Account.
- An additional charge may come into effect on urgent jobs.
- Postage and Phone Calls are charged in addition to your hourly rate or retainer.
- Design work is Invoiced immediately and design will not commence until Invoice is paid.
